Leadership - Being an Integrated Leader:

This Christian based program is held over eight Wednesday mornings. Being an Integrated Leader assists the participant to serve in a leadership capacity with their all, yet remain a fully functioning sociable human at the same time. Topics include:

• Biblical, historic, cultural and denominational relevance 

• Examining what are the traits of an integrated person

• Examining what makes a Christian

• What makes a Christian leader

• Examining how a Christian leader differs from a non-Christian Leader

• Examining if all persons are called to be leaders

• Examining effective versus ineffective leadership

• Succession Planning
