Prayer and Practice in Life and Ministry:

One’s spiritual practice keeps one strong spiritually and facilitates the communication of God’s presence in the work of caring for others. Sadly, in the busyness of life neglecting religious practice to “borrow” time to address “other busyness” is all too common. It is possible to justify this by confusing doing the work with preparing to do the work.  This half-day workshop is an opportunity for participants to assess their practice, learn new practices while renewing their commitment to furthering their own faith practice.
