WHO AM I for workplace settings

Identify who you are in terms of personality, learning style, love language, language of apology, needs and motivations, the WHO AM I INSTRUMENT.  Get a report. Then have a 3 hour lecture showing employees how they can work better as a team, reduce a toxic environment and provide supervisors information on how best to manage the individuals in their area.  Minimum size of group is 10.
